The Paycode Logo
- The Paycode Logo is a "Home" button that will take you to the Home Page when navigating through other functionality
Dashboard Tab
When selecting this tab, a dropdown menu is displayed that contains:
- Dashboard
- A graph containing the details of the Ticket Activity
- Statistics organised by department, help topic, and agent
- Agent Directory
- The contact details of the Agents
- My Profile
- The current details of the logged in Agent on the Helpdesk
User Tab
When selecting this tab, a dropdown menu is displayed that contains:
- User Directory
- The contact details of the Users on the Helpdesk Application
- Organizations
- The details of the current Organizations on the Helpdesk Application
- Tasks
- RFU - Reserved for Future Use
- Tickets
- Open TicketsĀ
- Details of the total number of Open Tickets on the Helpdesk Application
- My Tickets
- Details of all the tickets assigned to the Agent that is currently logged into the Helpdesk Application
- Closed Tickets
- Details of the total number of Tickets that have been closed on the Helpdesk Application
- Search
- Advanced Ticket Search
- Searching can be performed b.m.o. keywords, or by selecting specific details using the checklist as per the image below:

- New Ticket
- A button that serves as a quick link to log a new ticket for an issue on the Helpdesk Application
- Knowledgebase
- FAQs
- A link to Frequently Asked Questions
- Categories
- The details of the current categories available in the Knowledgebase
- Canned Responses
- The available canned responses in the Knowledgebase (Work in Progress)
- FAQs
